Hi, I’m Marilda.
For over 25 years, the Tourism and Hospitality industry has been my classroom for understanding people, how they work, lead, collaborate, and sometimes, fall apart under pressure.
That experience taught me one truth: behind every system, strategy, or success story, there are humans, doing their best, often without enough support or space to grow.
What began as tourism consulting evolved into something deeper, helping people and organisations recalibrate.
